Confirmed on latest Chrome on Ubuntu with LXDE This is incredibly annoying. Are we sure it's a bug though and not just new expected behaviour ?

On Ubuntu 12.04 with the same Chromium version, the problem does not appear. On Windows with Chrome with the same version number, the problem does not appear.
