Bug description:
We need to version libmessage since we install it in the system. I've
hit the problem a couple of times now where we have changed the proto
but I end up linking against the one in the filesystem.
(We should also think about putting out include files in
include/drizzle7 so that we don't accidentally use them during a
build).
