Public bug reported:

Using Openshot 2.0.6 Pulseaudio immediately begins using 100% CPU when I
play a video.

When playing a video clip the sound is garbled/corrupted, and the video
plays too fast. Changing channels/sample rate in preferences appears to
make no difference. When I pause the video, Pulseaudio continues to use
100% CPU.

Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS
Linux 3.13.0-68-generic #111-Ubuntu SMP Fri Nov 6 18:17:06 UTC 2015 x86_64
x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

openshot-qt 2.0.6+0+587+97+201602142101~ubuntu14.04.1
pulseaudio 1:4.0-0ubuntu11.1
libmlt6 0.9.0-3
libavcodec 6:9.18-0ubuntu0.14.04.1

The problem is not present in Openshot 1.4.3 on the same system, using
the same video clips.
