1. Create a webm screengrab file with the Chrome Nimbus plugin.
2. Import file into openshoot 2.2
3. Put file into timeline
4. Playback or render final output file
Expected result: Webm file plays at normal playback speed
Observed result: webm file appartently plays at 0.X times the regular
speed for most of the period of the video, and with X.0 speed during
other parts.
