Your new patches cause a problem on systems with more than one EHCI
controller. This statement

kmem_cache_create ("ehci_budget",
sizeof(struct ehci_shadow_budget),
0,0,NULL,NULL);
in ehci_mem_init() causes a failure because you're not allowed to have
multiple caches with the same name.
