Don't do this. You can expose micor-frames to drivers, but force them to
submit at least 1ms of data per request. Degree of complexity to support
arbitrary request boundaries at micro-frame ticks overwhelms any perceived
benefit. This is an ehcd issue. At the Oct USB devcon, there was a short
blurb on this topic in one of the software sessions.
