Um, sorry to object, but:

Dev-ID:
E8,EC -> 1MB-3.3V
6E      -> 1MB 3.3V or 5V
EA      -> 2MB-3.3V
64       -> 2MB-5V
E5      -> 4MB-3.3V or 5V

The devices 6E & E5 are the reason, why I didn't put a voltage into the 
geometry definition.
Also the ROM's (anybode seen one ?) are always 3.3V.

AFAIK some readers (at least the Carry's im fighting with) can do both.
5V -> Card has corner on left.
3.3V -> Card has corner on right.
Just take the reader apart, and check if it's got contacts on both sides -> 
if yes it's a fairly good indication of it's ability to handle both types.
