I have better input values for NTSC video. Also, I have identified a problem in the saa7111-new that seems to result in no colour. If I use the old version of saa7111-new I do get colour, but with a green line on the left hand side of the video output. Did you just want to grab the new NTSC input values from my site or do you want a patch? I'll let you know when I figure out what's causing the problem in saa7111-new. Check out the new output from the camera! http://www.emuit.com/webcam.html Dwaine Jörg Heckenbach <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> on 04/06/2001 05:10:23 AM Please respond to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] cc: (bcc: Dwaine Garden/ISD/WCBO) Subject: Re: [linux-usb-devel] New Device added to USBVISION code

I was intensely working on the driver for the last few weeks: - The Scratch is now organized as a ring buffer for better performance. - The 420-parsing is cleaned up for better performance. - I have fixed some wrong settings of the nt1003 input size and the saa7111 output. - DGA is now implemented, so you can use kwintv or some other software that runs with DGA - Clipping is not yet implemented. So be carefull when moving the window to the bottom or top of the screen - I did a first step to decode the frames in compressed mode. Sorry that you didn't hear from me for so long time. But I needed some time without answering a lot of questions about a not really ready driver. Give me this weekend to cleanup the code and add the diffs from your usbvision-2.1. Then you will find the new driver at http://software.freepage.de/usbvision Cheers Joerg -- ------------------------------------------------- FGAN - Forschungsgesellschaft fuer angewandte Naturwissenschaften e.V.
