Hmm, I think the Homeconnect is a still camera, not a webcam. And then it?s
not a videodevice, but rather something more like a scanner device.
Nice device.... It amazes me why manufactures design such
garbage devices. All the time and effort to design something
so complex could of been spent on product features.
No wonder people can not code a driver for this thing.
Next thing we will have a device(s) that has the following
requirements.
a) Part Serial data.
b) Part parallel data stream.
c) acts like a scanner.
d) but it's a video device.
e) It does have storage requirements.
f) Every 10 units sold will have a different reversions
g) Spins like CD media.
h) Requires the firmware to be downloaded by a Internet feed only.
i) Separate hardware drivers for each serial key device activation.
I always thought that there were standards for a reason.
Is anyone else getting sick of this situation?
