Yes.  Richard (the guy who is working on it) spent four hours 
writing up the documentation on Thursday, but he needs to 
get official blessing from one more AMD manager.  Richard needs
confirmation from us about the exact revision of the AMD-756
that is causing us trouble.  The erratum #4 apparantly only 
applies to ~100K units that were shipped.  I have replied to 
Richard and asked that he contact David Brownell for confirmation
-- I am currently away from my Athlon machine and couldn't check
my chip revision.

So, the answer is that someone within AMD is working really
hard on getting this information to us.  He's also having to
jump through hoops to make sure he doesn't lose his job for
giving us unapproved information.  I expect we'll get the 
workaround details on Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
