This looks like the bug I am seeing with ov511 on OHCI. A bit more than
half of the iso packets come back empty (usually every other one, though
no noticable overall bias towards odd/even). Check the archive under
"Image corruption ov511 on OHCI" and "Kernel 2.4.4-pre8 / AMD756" for
more details.
The problem doesn't appear in 2.4.3, and according to one user, "It
worked in 2.4.4 and BROKE in 2.4.4-pre7". I hope this narrows down the
possibilities a bit.
