I have a USB device that's not handled by a kernel driver, but by libusb in user space. What program, or config do I need to edit so that this device's node in /proc/bus/usb appears world readable/world writeable so that users can access it. Or even better, so that it appears owned by its own group with g+rw, and I can add users to that group.
