Please find enclosed a pretty trivial patch to add some of the newer class
codes to <linux/usb.h> and the devices /proc interface. I checked that the
device interface still works, but not with any of the devices. Also, the
naming sucks, but that is basically inevitable given only five characters to
express a Chip / Smart Card Interface Device.

This is against 2.5.1-pre5. I think it should be OK to apply. If it doesn't
break anything, then maybe it should be put into the 2.4 and 2.2 kernels as
well.
