The software at www.fobbit.com supports NetBsd, Windows, and Linux, and
someone is even using it on FreeBSD.

There are developing efforts, or beginnings.  See
voip.ring.org for a linux effort,
www.fobbit.com/ for NetBSD, Windows effort
sourceforge.net/projects/voip-blaster/ for another,
(voice-over, if I recall that project.)
