This is a one-line patch from Alan Stern <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.  It reparents
the scsi error-handler threads to init, so when a HBA is removed, the
thread dies and doesn't zombie.

Greg, please send this for inclusion in 2.4.x and 2.5.x, assuming the
linux-scsi people don't object.
