Would you send out a diff against 2.5.5-pre1 + all the patches you
have for 2.5.5-pre1 on ftp.kernel.org? It's unclear whether applying
Patrick's patch is all I need to do, because I am not sure how
Patrick's tree differs from 2.5.5-pre1 or whether by "my patch"
you mean the collection of all your 2.5.5-pre1 patches you have
on kernel.org.
