I'll respond to the whole list, as you aren't the first person I've had
problems with receiving changesets from.
I get the following error when trying to import your changeset into my
tree:

This patch is ahead of your tree, you need to get an earlier patch first.
Look at your tree with a ``bk changes'' and do the same on the other tree,
and get a patch that is based on a common ancestor.

What this means is you didn't send me all of the changesets from when
you cloned my tree to the one that you sent me.
Can you either send me all of the changesets, or just send me a patch?

p.s. They are working on solutions to this problem within BitKeeper, as
it's a big issue when it comes to the kernel development process.
