No, it should be done on 2.5 first. And then if it looks stable after testing for a while, we can backport it to 2.4.x. I haven't introduced any of the API changes that have happened in 2.5 USB code back into 2.4 yet, as I don't think they have been tested well enough. Yeah, this really is 2.5 work for now :) I've also heard rumors of quite a few different HCDs out in the wild for different embedded platforms. If anyone knows more about these, please let me know, I'd like to help these people out as the HCD interface has been changing a bunch lately.
