I have not been reading this list so often. Can not have fun everyday, 
also have to make money :-)

I stopped work on the minidriver when there started to be talk of big 
changes in what drivers was allowed to do in the kernel, and what had 
to be done in userspace.

The code you can find in webcamgo.c works in kernel 2.4.8 something, but 
I don't think it will work in any later kernels. If not too much 
changes has gone into usb-video i think it will not take much work to 
port it to any newer kernel.

The code only supported black/white, with a little artifacts in the 
video. I newer understood how the color was packed in the videostream. 
YUW and that does not make any sense in my brain. I want pure RGB, much 
easier to understand.

I might pick it up again some day, because the camera keeps staring at 
me on my desk.
