If rmk is going to pull the usb sources from you (or indirectly via a
fast path to Linus) -- then I'll cut something against 2.5.20.

But before I do that, is the gist of the patch OK?  I'm thinking
specifically  the export of those symbols out of usb/core/hcd.c.  The
only alternative is to put the SA-1111 glue in usb/core/hcd.c.  That
seems wrong or at least overkill.  (In fact I would rather see the pci
stuff split out of hcd.c  -- that way the SA-1111 glue will always have
the symbols and hooks it needs.)
