Argh, too many patches, too many conflicts :)

Ok I tried to apply this one, and merge with my previous one, but it
didn't quite work out well.  So I'll pull out my "maintainer" card and
use it :)

I just sent on my previous hcd-pci.c split up patch to Linus, so
hopefully it will make it into the next kernel release.  Then I'd be
glad to take either of David's or Christopher's patches on top of that
one.

Or just grab my bk tree and send me something against it :)
