Yes. All works fine with OHCI (2.4 and 2.5).

I did a quick test on a Via box, and I can replicate your behaviour. Works OK 
with 2.4 and fails on 2.5. I didn't try all the drivers, nor have I 
investigated what the cause is, although the queuing behaviour is a likely 
culprit.
