What can should, as we all love generic functionality, don't we?

Or to be more specific, devices.c and some ioctls from devio.c.

USBDEVFS_DISCONNECT - generic idea
USBDEVFS_CONNECT - likewise
USBDEVFS_RESET - likewise
USBDEVFS_GETDRIVER - unless made superfluous
