I meant among other things "what CPU".  The text you sent by originally
included "-100", not "-110", which isn't an error code USB returns on
x86 (some architectures use different errno values).  Are you saying that
original text wasn't really the diagnostic indicating a problem?
I've seen some ezusb download code retry after timeouts, but it
doesn't look like usbserial does that.
