Okay I have this problem too. Its got to do with the sync detection of the start of a line, and it being mis-detected.
I haven't been able to solve this problem yet, though I haven't had a close look. There was a post earlier that using the CCIR sync codes fixed the problem, however it didn't work for me, in fact using the CCIR sync codes actually made it worse. I've just tried the usbvision-0.3.3-test3 and it doesn't work for me either, although apparently it does fix the problem for some people.
