I am using Kernel 2.4.21-pre1 and an HP-62000C scanner connected via the USB. When cups (print spooler) starts up during boot, or any other time I start it, I get a number of usb-control/bulk-msg timeout errors in the log and on the console. This is only annoying, as on boot it takes an extra 20 secs or so, and I'd like to stop it. The scanner works fine otherwise - thanks!
I've searched the archives here and at cups, but nothing seems appropriate, is there anything I can do? -- Cheers, Richard. ------------------------------ Richard A Downing FBCS http://homepage.dtn.ntl.com/richard.downing/ ------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.NET email is sponsored by: The Best Geek Holiday Gifts!
