The offsets look like in your tree the "Remove PV8630 ioctls" patch
that I posted before is missing. You wrote that you applied it (with
some manual adjustment in scanner.h) but maybe something went wrong
there?

The BK tree at http://linuxusb.bkbits.net:8080/usb-2.5 also doesn't
show the "Remove PV8630 ioctls" patch, while the other ones are there.

Anyway, I can wait for a release and resubmit the missing patches.
