Not sure if I got you. Do you suggest I update hc_sl811.c from usb-2.5 to usb-2.5? Would't this require that I backport lot's of other stuff, e.g. all in drivers/usb/core? I am ok with silly driver stuff, but I am very rookie when it comes to Linux' VM subsystem, e.g. comments like * @transfer_dma: When transfer_flags includes URB_NO_DMA_MAP, the device * driver is saying that it provided this DMA address, which the host * controller driver should use instead of the transfer_buffer. (from usb-2.5 include/linux/usb.h) are not easily understood by me (if something has no dma, how can it provide an DMA address?). ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.NET email is sponsored by: SourceForge Enterprise Edition + IBM + LinuxWorld = Something 2 See! http://www.vasoftware.com _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe, use the last form field at: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-usb-devel
