hopefully someone can shed some light in this problem which
i have been banging my head trying to figure out for 2 weeks

it is related to USB handshake and using SL811

appreciate any tips .... thanks

-----

1. at hci_submit_urb: an interrupt packet (PID = PID_IN) has been
requested (pipe = 0x40408280) it was queued to the queue for the end
point

2. in sh_add_packet... it was processed and hc_add_trans is called
[NOTE:: however... len is calculated to be 10 ....
        because urb->transfer_buffer_length is 10 and urb->actual_length is 0
        IS THIS RIGHT?????]

3. SL811StartXaction is called with len of 10... endpoint 1, address 2

4. The device/function sends back a NACK

5. sh_done_list process the status... because NACK is detected....
active
        flag is set to 1
        therefore qu_return_urb is not called...

and the devices continue to send NACK....
in the mean time, we are also not scanning for the next
packet to send (since qu_return_urb is not called.... and just
happen.. there are bulk message in the queue waiting to go out)

IS this CORRECT???? what is wrong with this scenario....
