Interesting. Today I've discovered a lovely reproducable crash with the USB serial drivers and a Treo phone (Palmtoilet variant) If I kick off a serial/usb connect from the phone (not a hotsync) then run pppd on the USB0 port I get a failure the first time (the treo tends to crash 8)).
