Yes, the typedefs were gotten rid of a while ago.

Sorry, but I can't apply this patch.  You are reverting a lot of code to
a different syle from what Documentation/CodingStyle says.  Because of
this, it is very hard to determine what you have actually changed in the
driver.

Could you please try to just apply the changes you have made to the file
so that I can apply that?
