Heh, no, it's just merged back into the "main" usb 2.5 tree, which is still at: bk://linuxusb.bkbits.net/usb-2.5 the -bk tree was me testing to see if I could successfully handle the -bk levels without going crazy once a "real" release came out. Turned out pretty well, so I'll be incorporating the -bk patches into my tree as needed (like to test your last scsi stuff.) Hope this helps, and sorry for any confusion.
