Hi. I think there are missing some #ifdef CONFIG_PCI in drivers/usb/hcd.c (linux 2.4.21). More specifically in 'hcd_submit_urb' and 'usb_hcd_giveback_urb'. There are references to hcd->pdev which is not part of the usb_hcd struct if CONFIG_PCI is not defined.
I am uncertain of the exact placement of the ifdefs, that I why I have not attached a patch.
