hello:
   I want to use my usb disk(32M) under linux,I have compiled a kernel(2.4.20) which 
support following :
support for usb
preliminary usb device filesystem
uhci
ohci
usb mass storage support
scsi support
dos fat fs support
MSDOS fs  support
vfat fs support

All of these are built-in, not as modules.
I use "mount -t vfat /dev/sda /mnt/u/"to mount .
But it return:
----------------------- 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] root]# mount -t vfat /dev/sda /mnt/u/
mount: /dev/sda is not a valid block device
-----------------------
please tell me how to use usb disk under linux,thank you !!!
