PROBLEM: System hangs when USB Camera is turned on.

DESCRIPTION: Display freezes, Caps lock and Scoll lock LEDs flash on the keyboard, cannot ping the system, manual power reset is required. 100% reproducible by connecting supported USB camera (HP 315), turning on the camera, and waiting a few seconds.
