My plan is to phase out the standalone one as soon as possible. Really,
with 2.6 still being for dev, it should be safe to kill the standalone
and it's not like it has a long history with lots of folks relying on it
just yet :). I haven't received any feedback from folks with the other
devices (Netgear, DLink, etc) for success reports, but usbnet works as
well, if not better than the standalone with my Linksys device.
