Where do you want this driver to live in the kernel tree?  If it's going
to go into drivers/usb/* then you need to send it to this list and me
for me to forward it on to Linus and Marcelo (see
Documentation/SubmittingPatches for more info on the proper process.)

Then by all means post the patch here on the list so we can give you
those suggestions.  But first remove the #ifdefs as you already know to
remove them :)

What do you mean "post processing"?  What does it do?  Image
manipulation that should be done in userspace?
