Where do you want this driver to live in the kernel tree? If it's going to go into drivers/usb/* then you need to send it to this list and me for me to forward it on to Linus and Marcelo (see Documentation/SubmittingPatches for more info on the proper process.) > Consider the actual code as a "preview": I have to remove some #ifdef > conditionals and follow possible suggestions, if any. Then by all means post the patch here on the list so we can give you those suggestions. But first remove the #ifdefs as you already know to remove them :) > The driver is split into two parts: "w9968cf-pp" is an optional module > which adds some post-processing features to the other module, > therefore don't consider it, since post-processing is not allowed in > official kernels. What do you mean "post processing"? What does it do? Image manipulation that should be done in userspace? thanks, greg k-h ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe, use the last form field at: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-usb-devel
