Hallo to everybody.

I own an mp3 player which has the sigmatel STMP3400, and after long searches
on the web i decided to try to develop a driver for Linux for this device.

Creating a character base device which send&receive commands and data to/from
the device was the easy part.

But i cannot find any specifications for that chip and usb-sniuffing the usb
is proving an hard work.

now i have a few questions:

1) does anyone has any technical data about this chip

2) does anybody knows how to ask to sigmatel for the needed data

3) is there somenone who eant to work with me on this project?

bye!
