Sorry. This is 2.6, current Bitkeeper copy as of this morning.

That won't work (the device is _gone_, so it can't be opened), and it'd be a 
band-aid fix and not a proper solution.

NB, the keychain is also listed twice in /proc/partitions:
   8     0     128000 sda
   8     1      31728 sda1
   8     2      62464 sda2
   8    16     128000 sdb
   8    17      31728 sdb1
   8    18      62464 sdb2
