I also know that the AVM isdn drivers have the same problem. In the ancient days of 2.4.10, all was fine. I have not had enough time to debug. But this seems to be a general problem for all drivers. The oops is only happened if there is some ongoing traffic (urbs submitted) at the time of the disconnect.
