Yup, I am using the UHCI driver in the kernel.
I suggest Warren starts with switching to usb-uhci. If it keeps failing, he'll need to enable CONFIG_KALLSYMS and run klog with -x to switch off auto-lookups, then we'll take it from there.
Is this a typo? I assume you mean I should try the OHCI driver?
If this still fails, I'm afraid I don't understand that enabling "CONFIG_KALLSYMS and run klog with -x" means. I guess I'll take one step at a time...
