Hi

I just bought a 'Super Talent Inc.' 64MB flash 'key'. (supposedly USB2.0)

Reads are 'fast enough' but writes are *dire* taking very nearly an *hour* to write 64MB of data.

the data appears to have written ok, just slowly.

Strange symptom. 64 MB should take only a few seconds (count on fingers of one hand, no thumbs!) at high speed. The device looks odd because of that embedded hub. Maybe there are some other oddities explaining that.

Do you know where the delays happen? You could enable
the usb-storage verbose debug, and watch the output
stream by to see where delays pop up.

output from /proc/bus/usb/devices shows it has some kind of 'embedded hub' whatever thats used for.
