My usb devices are unusable after upgrading to 2.4.23. I believe I saw
this same symptom with 2.4.22 as well. Everything works fine with
2.4.21.

logs are full of:

usb_control/bulk_msg: timeout
usbdevfs: USBDEVFS_CONTROL failed dev 7 rqt 128 rq 6 len 9 ret -110

it will occasionally get enough working that it will get a device
mounted, but not usably.

I have a usb printer, sandisk sddr-55, and a visor cradle. Problem
occurs with visor and with sandisk, regardless of how they are
connected.

This is running on a msi 694dpro board with dual piii-866's.
