This is the appropriate list.  Although since your problem was with the 
usb-storage driver, you could have submitted to the list devoted to it.

That US_PR_ZIOCF giving you so many problems must be a Mandrake addition,
or maybe from somewhere else.  It's not part of the standard kernel 
distribution.  Looks like you have just a portion of a patched source.
