Alan, do you have a sample of normal uhci_hcd kernel messages before and after suspend?
I'm not exactly sure what the expected behaviour is supposed to be across suspends.
It's just a random guess right now.
I don't have time this week to narrow this down to a specific kernel change where things broke, but if it would help, I can send more detailed logs or dumps of the PCI config space from /sys.
