Hheh... I checked on my USB-2.0 VIA card, which, as you remember, exhibits the same behaviour (UHCI companion revision 50). It has this bit set after power-up, without driver loaded. Unfortunately, I was unable to access the web-site, on which another tester uploaded his results. Did this bit help him? Or anybody else with this problem?
