Many people use the current software quite successfully.
I just looked at EHCI part, If i enable EHCI with other usb options, you mean it compliants to USB 2.0? or is there any other modules to make Linux USB become USB 2.0 compliant?
Being "compliant" sounds like it implies USB-IF conformance testing.
If that's what TI wants, it should consider funding and supporting that work -- on an ongoing basis, or maybe even just for some specific point release.
Failing that "formal" testing, you might do your own testing to see if you notice any significant gaps with a 2.6.3 based system.
Could you please tell me or guide me for having USB client driver running my linux box. Is there any references or sources.

Also, current Linux distros tend to ship with full USB support; you can get one to see how they set up USB. There's some variety in how the userspace support works; basically it requires hotplug plus init scripts.
