That's normal.

The UHCI driver still has a couple of races against the hardware.  It's 
not totally unexpected that you might see this sort of thing, although I 
would expect it not to be quite so frequent.

Of course, the problem might be something completely different.  A failure 
in the HID system, for example.  What happens if you plug your mouse into 
one of the high-speed USB ports instead of the UHCI port?

I'm planning to fix those races, but it's not going to happen for some 
time to come.  Too much other stuff needs to be done first.
