I don't know what other information is available. Check with the maintainer of the printer driver (yes, usblp and not cups). Also I don't know if there are any significant differences between 2.6.3 and 2.6.3-mm3 other than in the UHCI driver. It might still be that the UHCI driver is at fault, but there was no evidence in your log to suggest it was.
