Thanks for sending this in. Unfortunately, Casio has marketed two different cameras with the same vendor, product, and revision numbers. One of them has P=00 and needs the Protocol entry while the other (yours) has P=01 and doesn't need it. But so long as both types of devices exist we have to leave the entry in there.
